Dartmoor Bluebell Woods
The bluebell woods on Dartmoor at the beginning of May are nothing short of stunning. The best time to see them varies slightly from year to year. But from late April to mid-May you can normally find a lovely vibrant and fragrant patch of blue somewhere on the Moor. From the famous Lustleigh Cleave to Holwell Lawn and here at Wray Valley they carpet the floor of our woods in early May. Since we cleared the brambles from the riverside they are starting to come up there too. Last year we made this short video of a walk through the bluebell woods with Diego.
Come and stay with us on campsite to see them.
