Meeting venue
Our guest lounge can also be booked as a meeting or training room by the day or half day. If you book accommodation you will have use of the room in the evening too. The room will comfortably accommodate up to 16 people and more than 20 in lecture style layout. Please give us a call or drop us a line to discuss your requirements.
Team awayday
In combination with the superb outdoor space Wray Valley makes the perfect venue for a team awayday or a nature based training session. We can assist with the planning and delivery of activities both indoors and out.
Flexible meeting layout
The tables and chairs can be arranged to suit you. Here we show cafe style and horseshoe format. In addition to these tables and chairs shown in the pictures we also have 4 trestle tables which would be suitable for a classroom format.

Meeting facilities
There is a large TV which can used as a projector screen and we also have a small media projector and portable screen.
The room has hot drink facilities and direct access to outdoor areas.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks and biscuits are included with your booking. A sandwhich buffet can also be arranged for lunch using our homemade bread.
Alternatively, why not wrap up your day with a wood-fired pizza making and cooking session?
